Your Role as a Care Assistant

As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients with personal care, companionship, and day-to-day tasks such as housework and meal preparation. Your work will be centred on building trusting, long-term relationships that allow our clients to remain independent, safe, and valued.

• Empathetic and patient, with a genuine commitment to supporting older people to live fulfilling lives.
• Reliable, mature, and proactive, bringing life experience and a can-do attitude to the role.
• Effective communicators, with good spoken and written English.
• Car drivers with a valid licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
• Legally eligible to work in the UK (Please note we are not currently recruiting from overseas).
• Able to successfully pass a PVG background check.

Location – Serving North Ayrshire & Renfrewshire

We proudly provide care services across a broad area of North Ayrshire and Renfrewshire, helping individuals live safely and independently in their own homes. Our service areas include (but are not limited to):

• North Ayrshire: Ardrossan, Saltcoats, Stevenston, Kilwinning, Irvine, Largs, Beith, Dalry, Kilbirnie, and surrounding rural communities.
• Renfrewshire: Paisley, Renfrew, Johnstone, Elderslie, Erskine, Bridge of Weir, Houston, Bishopton, and nearby villages.

Where possible, we match Care Assistants with clients in their local area to keep travel time manageable and to promote strong, lasting care relationships.
